Howard Reynolds

Howard was one of the founding investors of the Bank in 1999. He served as the Chairman of the Bank’s board of directors for the first 10 years and of the Company since its inception in 2003. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman and lead independent director. Mr. Reynolds has extensive experience working with multiple companies negotiating long term contracts, including as owner/partner and serving from 1990 to 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer of Pride Transport Inc., a common carrier of temperature controlled commodities. He continues to provide consulting services to the trucking industry and assisting in the growth and stability of various companies. As a result of these and other professional experiences, Mr. Reynolds possesses knowledge and experience regarding banking, finance and general business that strengthen our board of directors’ collective qualifications, skills and experience.

He has dedicated his career to building cultures, deepening relationships, and cultivating a wealth of  expertise at supply chain, transportation, and logistics companies of all sizes and growth stages.  Howard has firsthand leadership experience in operations, sales, account management, continuous improvement, and financial optimization.
